We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your purchase of the Northern Morocco Road Trip Guide or any other digital product from Smart Morocco Travel, operated by Kechner LLC.

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason — as long as you have not started downloading the product.

At checkout, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. This is why:

Before you download: contact us within 14 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund — automatically, no questions asked.
After you download: your right of withdrawal has ended, and sales are final, with the exceptions below.

We Refund in Any Case

Regardless of download status or where you live:

Technical issues: if a problem prevents you from downloading or accessing your purchase and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.
Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@smartmoroccotravel.com with your order confirmation. We aim to respond within 48 hours, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the product has been downloaded, or for dissatisfaction with travel outcomes unrelated to the accuracy of the guide at time of publication (e.g., price changes at third-party vendors, business closures, or personal travel circumstances).
